Following the reduction in coronavirus hospital admissions, Theo Clarke MP for Stafford pushed Tracy Bullock, Chief Executive of University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, to reopen the maternity unit and increase surgery capacity including for cancer treatment at Stafford’s County Hospital. Ms Clarke thanked and expressed her gratitude to local NHS workers for their hard work during the coronavirus pandemic.
