Theo Clarke, MP for Stafford, was proud to support and present the the Desecration of War Memorials Bill alongside 11 other MPs in Parliament. This Bill aims to protect war memorials. It creates longer sentences for criminal damage and ensures that those charged with desecrating war memorials can face up to 10 years imprisonment. This Bill highlights the importance of war memorials as a symbol of respect to all those who have served in our armed forces.
