Theo Clarke MP for Stafford welcomes that over £2 million in extra government funding has been allocated to Staffordshire, to help families with children and the most vulnerable in the local Stafford community who need support due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The Covid Local Support Grant has enabled Local Authorities in England to support families across the country and has been extended until 30th September 2021. Between the 1st December 2020 and 16th April 2021 Local Authorities have made over 6 million awards under the scheme.
