Theo met with Matt Warman MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sports, today to raise Stafford's concerns over high quality rural broadband.
Theo is committed to working with Government ministers to ensure that Stafford has the infrastructure it requires to support its residents. Increasingly, full-fibre broadband and high speed mobile connections are essential for consumers and local businesses.
Theo also welcomed the government's move eradicate the digital divide by secure a new £1bn deal that will give high-quality 4G services to 95% of the UK by 2025.
Ensuring that Stafford's rural residents have the best digital connectivity possible remains a top priority for Theo's campaign.
