Theo met with the Secretary of State for Health, The Rt Hon Matt Hancock MP, today to discuss the importance of continued investment in Stafford County Hospital.
Theo raised the concerns of local residents about the loss of A&E services and the need to retain maternity and return children's services in Stafford. The Health Secretary agreed that safeguarding the health and wellbeing of Stafford's population was a priority of the Government.
Theo will continue to lobby the Government for the vital health infrastructure in the constituency and, especially, the County Hospital.
