Theo Clarke MP for Stafford was honoured to take part in a meeting with Ukrainian MPs and their Ambassador to hear directly about the impact of conflict on the Ukrainian people. Ms Clarke fully supports the UK Government’s work helping the people of Ukraine and she will continue to stand with Ukraine. The Prime Minister, the Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP, has announced a major package of support for Ukraine. These measures include 6,000 missiles, consisting of anti-tank and high explosive weapons and £25 million in financial backing for the Ukrainian military. This comes in addition to the £400 million the UK Government has committed in humanitarian and economic aid for the crisis.
