On Wednesday 12th July I was proud to launch a new cross party group in parliament that will focus on birth trauma.
I have been deeply moved by the response that I have received to my campaign so far. I plan on raising maternity provisions and after care for Mums post-birth at all levels of government and in parliament, in order to advocate for change. I don't want any mum to go through what I had, and be lying in bed and pressing the emergency button saying you need help and it's not coming.

I was also given the opportunity to speak about this issue on BBC Radio 4 Women's Hour and you can listen to my interview here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m001np8m
