Theo Clarke MP for Stafford has repeatedly raised constituents’ cases and concerns regarding HS2 with the Government. Therefore, Ms Clarke was pleased that Andrew Stephenson MP, the HS2 Transport Minister accepted her invitation to visit Stafford. Ms Clarke took the Minister to a number of sites across the constituency including residential properties, farms and community sites impacted by HS2.
Ms Clarke and the Minister heard first-hand from Staffordshire residents and local groups about how they have been affected by HS2. Ms Clarke will continue to stand up for local Staffordshire residents in Parliament and raise their concerns in relation to HS2.
